Connecting Jewish Tulsa

Hug for Hope Comes to Tulsa

We are honored to be partnering with the Hug for Hope initiative, a grassroots program from Israel designed to connect Israeli evacuees with host families across North America. This incredible program offers families deeply affected by the trauma of October 7 a chance to find respite and healing in the comfort of a loving home. Over ten days, evacuees can relax, reflect, and share their stories, while our local host families experience a life-changing opportunity to build emotional connections that bridge communities across the globe.

The Jewish value of Kol Yisrael arevim zeh bazeh—all of Israel is responsible for one another—comes to life through this program, and we are thrilled to announce our partnership with Hug for Hope. We will be bringing families affected by the events of October 7 to Tulsa, where we will offer them the warmth, love, and support of our community. We could not do this without the help of our generous community.
