The love of Israel is a key part of our mission at the Jewish Federation of Tulsa. It is at the heart of everything we do, from our annual Yoms Celebrations and educational lectures about Israeli politics to having our Shlichut program for over 50 years and launching the new Elson Israel Fellowship. I am thrilled to share an exciting new project that speaks directly to this mission: the launch of our podcast, For the Love of Zion.
For the Love of Zion is a weekly podcast hosted by me and our incredible Israeli Emissary, Shahaf Feinkuchen. Together, we will feature some of the most visionary thinkers and leaders in the fields of Zionism, Israel, and the Jewish world. Our guests will bring their insights, stories, and expertise to the table, exploring how we can deepen our understanding of Israel, the diaspora, and our shared future.
This is a bridge—one that connects Tulsa’s Jewish community to voices and ideas shaping the global Jewish story. We are creating a platform for dialogue and discovery that places our Tulsa Jewish community at the center of meaningful, worldwide conversations. We are showcasing Tulsa’s deep commitment to Israel and its future, while demonstrating that our small but mighty community can lead, inspire, and make an impact far beyond our borders.
Now, more than ever, we must create spaces where we can listen, reflect, and unite. From Tulsa to Tel Aviv and beyond, For the Love of Zion is our way of bringing voices together, reaffirming our values, and standing shoulder to shoulder with Israel and the Jewish people.
The podcast officially launches January 7, but I invite you to get a preview by checking out the video trailer below. I encourage you to subscribe/follow For the Love of Zion wherever you listen to podcasts so you don’t miss an episode.
Thank you for being a part of this journey with us, for your passion, for your support of our work, and of course, for your love of Zion.
