Turn over a new leaf at a community-wide Tu B’Shevat Festival promoting the Jewish value of Tikkun Olam—repairing the world. There will be family friendly activities for kids of all age, guest speakers from multiple organizations throughout the city to educate about sustainability practices, and vendor booths to learn what you can do to better our Tulsa community and the environment! Limited supply of free trees available from Up With Trees.

10:00 am – Welcome
10:30 am – 12 pm – Activities, Crafts, and Games
Every half hour beginning at 10:30 am, educational guest speakers from Osage Forest of Peace, Sustainability Alliance, and Up With Trees will present on environmental and sustainability topics.
Drives:
Mom’s Closet, whose mission is “helping you express your unique style while being kind to the planet,” will be on site accepting clothing donations of all sizes and styles.
Electronics are considered hazardous waste because they contain materials like mercury. We will have large carts on site to put your old electronics for our e-waste drive.
