Board members from the Tulsa Jewish Community are invited to come together for a joint community board retreat with facilitator Wendy Thomas.
Objectives include:
Improved understanding of board roles and responsibilities.
- Engage with other board members across organizations.
- Understand and discuss complex scenarios that might arise in a close knit, collaborative community where duties of confidentiality, loyalty and avoiding conflict of interest still apply.
- Generate ideas for better engaging new board leadership for the community
The session is from 2:00 – 5:00 pm followed by an optional happy hour.
