Kids are back in school, and it’s time for moms to have a night out! Join us at PLNK Fitness for 50 minutes of high-intensity, low-impact workout on the Megaformer. This dynamic workout evolved from Pilates and is perfect for those looking to challenge themselves while having fun. Weighted springs and a moving platform create continuous tension and demand constant core engagement. This safe exercise combines strength, endurance, cardio and balance/flexibility without the use of momentum to minimize stress to your joints and spine.
