Presentation by Caitlin Beasley and Allison Thomas of DVIS

We will be joined by Allison Thomas and Caitlin Beasley to learn about the DVIS agency. DVIS is the only nonprofit agency in Tulsa and Creek counties providing comprehensive intervention, prevention, and education services to families and individuals affected by domestic and sexual violence. 

 

This event is Hybrid both In-Person and Via Zoom.

Caitlin Beasley worked in academia and then communications in the public sector before joining DVIS in 2021. She currently serves as the agency’s community relations partner and is passionate about anti-violence work, building community, and the great outdoors. 

Allison Thomas studied Psychology and Gender Studies at OSU. Before joining DVIS, she served as an Americorps member focusing on social emotional education. She currently works with DVIS as the agency’s volunteer coordinator and her passions include community engagement, equity, and the arts.

LUNCH:

Black bean and cheesy quesadilla packed with lime and cilantro. paired with a green tomatillo salsa and a mexican creme to dip. Entree comes with a side of elote in a cup. Creamed corn with parmesan cheese, cilantro and chilies.
