Jewish Tulsa – Did you know that our community has its very own Jewish Federation of Tulsa Foundation?
This incredible resource is made up of dozens of Donor Advised and Endowment Funds, created by individuals and families who had the foresight to invest in the future of Jewish life here in Tulsa and beyond. Their trust in us allows vital resources to flow to nonprofits that preserve, strengthen, and celebrate Jewish identity. The impact of their foresight is changing lives in powerful ways.
In 2024-2025, thanks to the support of our Foundation, we were able to help Oklahoma Hillel open its brand-new building in Norman. Now Jewish students have a safe, welcoming space for studying, programming, and most importantly—building community.
Investing in Jewish identity and the next generation is one of our top priorities. Each summer, with the help of Congregation B’nai Emunah, Temple Israel, the JFT Foundation, and Charles and Lynn Schusterman Family Philanthropies, we make it possible for dozens of our children in the community to attend Jewish intensification summer camps, life-changing experiences that strengthen Jewish pride and connection. Without our combined investment in our children, many families would not be able to afford sending their kids to these transformative summer camps.
. . . it’s about ensuring a vibrant and thriving Jewish tomorrow.
And the impact doesn’t stop there. The Foundation, along with Congregation B’nai Emunah, Temple Israel, and the Charles and Lynn Schusterman Family Philanthropies, helped fund the Midrasha Spring Break Trip, which in 2024 gave 18 students the opportunity to deepen their Jewish learning and deepen their friendships in the community.
These stories are just a glimpse of what’s possible when our community comes together to dream big, plan ahead, and intentionally invest in the future. The Jewish Federation of Tulsa Foundation isn’t just about today—it’s about ensuring a vibrant and thriving Jewish tomorrow.
